Users (passengers) can set a price for their ride, and drivers can bid on the fare.

The final agreed fare may include toll taxes but does not cover parking fees or other miscellaneous charges.

After a ride is booked, drivers must contact the passenger to confirm ride details.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for rides are handled through the OyeGaadi payment system.

The fare is subject to change based on the bidding outcome and any applicable taxes.

The passenger is responsible for paying the agreed fare and any additional charges incurred during the ride.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Users or drivers can cancel a ride before confirmation. Cancellations made after confirmation may incur a penalty.

Refunds for cancellations or disputes will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website/app.

You agree to provide your consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers are required to maintain a valid driving license, insurance, and follow all local traffic laws.

Drivers must contact passengers after booking to confirm details, including pickup location and return journey, if applicable.

Drivers must keep their vehicle in a safe and operable condition.

7. User Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully towards others while using the app.

Any abusive, discriminatory, or illegal behavior will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

OyeGaadi is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during rides.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the ride in case of any issues with the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify OyeGaadi from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the app or services.

10. Amendments

OyeGaadi reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the app or website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
